Best cheap/average build for $600 (all included) to play CS:GO

Hi the community,

I am trying to build a computer for my brother playing CS:GO.

The following build is for me the best for $600. It has really decent spec, and as you guys may know CS:GO is not really heavy on the GPU, that's why I considered an APU.

Also I hesitated in the HDD. Maybe an hybrid HDD with 8GO flash for fast boot ? What is/are your opinion(s) on that?

This would be much better. BTW CS:GO Does need a GPU to be played nicely @ 1080P.
Also do you need a 1080P monitor or could you live with 900P?
