i try to upgrade the old graphic card to the new one, but i had no idea will Asus GTX 750 fit my Asus motherboard P7p55D-E Pro, the gtx 750 graphic card PCI Express 3.0, but my mother board if i'm not make mistake is only PCI Express 2.0 only, will the card fit my slot??
one more question, my graphic card now is gtx 260, izzit worth to upgrade to GTX 750?

Don't worry - a PCIe 3.0 will work in a PCIe 2.0 MB.

as for worth it - it depends on your value criteria. Is additional video horsepower worth the cost? Perhaps. However it is more of a personal choice. If you are looking does X perform better than Y - that's easy. Is it worth it is not easy.

Yup it will fit fine in the slot, PCI 3.0 currently has no performance increase from PCI 2.0.
As for your second question, yes it is well worth the upgrade as the 750ti has newer drivers, support and is just a more powerful card.

My understanding is the 750 is intended to consume much less power and provide significant performance/watt over older cards. That being said - if you have a standard power supply - the 750 would make a less significant draw on power than say the 260 or even the 760.

The link you have at GPU boss is fine - but the numbers you should focus on (due to your new fan status) is the Passmark score for performance, the wattage for power consumption, and the Size (length) for physical compatibility into your computer, and the price.

All things being equal - i would opt for the GTX 760 - Oh wait - I did and I am quite happy with it. There are many cards our there, the trick is to make sure you know what you have, know what you want, and how to compare similar video cards.

Good Luck.

Get a good pair of headphones - the Logitec G930 wireless is my favorite - crank up the ABBA on Itunes (ok - not my favorite - but inserted for comedy purposes) and no video card will be 'too noisy'.

Your new concern of noise is fine - but this can be researched by simple google searches and such for the decible rating - keep in mind that not all tests are equal - trust a single site like Toms rather than manufacturer sites.

Good Luck
