I've just bought an amd sapphire 280x vapor-x gpu, my power supply is corsair hx750w.

I've managed to put the gpu into the motherboard and all, but I'm unsure as to which cables to plug into the gpu. The gpu requires 2x 8pin pcie connectors and I have enough 2+6 pins that came with the psu.

My problem is that I can't bend the cables enough once plugged into the gpu to allow me to close the side panel. The gpu came with molex 4 pin to pcie 8 pin adaptors, should I use these instead as they are a lot more flexible or does molex provide as much/enough power compared to the normal heavy braided pcie cables?
Also, if I should use the molex cable adaptors can I use a molex connector from a cable that is already in use for other things as the cables have multiple connectors on them?

Sorry for the nooby questions!
I'd really appreciate any help thanks!
