I am looking for a PC that can play pretty much all games on max settings / i would also like to stream on it with good quality my price is $3500 max ish but if the price is lower i would still like the perfomance!

Any Advice And Suggestion Would Be Appreciated !!! :)

With your budget, For a monitor I would grab a 1440p monitor. Also you could do dual 780 ti if you wanted a monster build.

My friend has one of these and it is pretty awesome, or you could do a triple monitor setup.

Edit: Case choice is pretty much a personal preference, take a look at corsair, nzxt, cooler master, and fractal design cases and find one you like. Also look at full towers if you want.
