I change my Graphics card from the PowerColor HD5450 Go, to a HIS 7870 IceQ. After that my computer will not POST, the fans spin up, no POST, no BIOS beeps and no picture. Tried putting the PowerColor back in and it won't post either and I don't know why.
Specs: MOBO, Foxconn A78AX 3.0
CPU, AMD Athlon II X2
HDD, WD Caviar 180GB
RAM, XMS3 Corsair 16GB
Power Supply, Cougar RS 400 watt
UPDATE: I did reset the cmos
UPDATE: My connections are fine.
