Will this PC be able to play games like Skyrim, Dishonored and Battlefield 4 at medium/high settings?

That should play all games at ultra settings.May be for bf4,crysis 3 and metro last light with fxaa...

yes, but it is way overpriced. you should build your own at pcpartpicker.com, its pretty much just LEGOS for adults. 1 or 2 youtube videos on how to build a pc is all you need, and you will run games faster for a better price.

Main issue is the PSU, which is crap.

Definitely not true. A gtx760 will not max all games. All the games you listed will run at high, not max at 1080p.

If the op considers 30 fps to be playable...gtx 760 will do it..And again except for games like crysi 3,last light and bf4...

30 to 60 fps to be precise..

When people say max games, they usually mean locked at 60fps, which the 760 will not do. Even a 770 cannot lock all those games at 60fps. BF4 specifically.

500 watt for a 760 and i7 4770 is a little low i would think...

Not really, the system will not pull more than 350w under full 100% load which won't even happen. The gtx760 uses surprisingly low amount of power for how powerful of a card it is.

500w is plenty.

a good quality 550 watt should work, but i would still suggest you build your own.

If that's the case, i was wrong...And i never said 760 can max out crysis 3,bf4 or m ll,let alone the 60 fps thing...

When it can be kept above 25 with 4x msaa..Fxaa should definetly aork above 50 fps...

You can swap the graphics card out with a Nvidia gtx 770 ..A bit better than 280x and is more effecient when it comes to power consumption...
