heres The Major problem is my cheap msi 760gm mobo it has a hard time keeping me at 3800 ghz with out over heating the north bridge so I was thinking More fans better cable management would do the trick?

here is the second thing I'm considering buying

keep my current psu and buy 3 fans then I would be able to over clock my cpu with this mobo but only problem is I have to reset my heat sink and re install all my games. So what do you guys think i should do new mobo for better over clocking or new case in fans they come to the same price range.

Probably. It should work, but I will definitely not give you a 100% on it. It worked for me, but I switched between pretty similar boards. There is the chance it will not work.

The reason I recommend changing the board is to upgrade your CPU. The 4100 was pretty much junk when it came out. AMD even said this themselves. The 6300 will be great and support higher end GPUs without being a bottleneck.
