Are these temps fine?

I live in an older house. It will get down to maybe 30 degrees in the winter and 90 degrees in the summer. I'm building a new HTPC, and am worried about the damage the temp changes will do to it. I built a PC a year ago, that runs well but I worry about the long term (2-5 years) damage that could happen. What do you think?

If damage didn't happen on short term, then its unlikely to happen on long term.

As long as you keep your CPU, Motherboard and GPU under their maximum operating temps, then you are fine.

If you are having high temperatures, consider getting a good after market CPU cooler. Also, you can add a couple of case fans to create a good air flow into your case.
