Here

What's the difference? One is 4GB and the other is 2GB, but same price? The one that looks like Titan cooler definitely looks cooler, but which one should I choose? Is there a big difference?

The clock speeds, amount of vram and the cooler.

is the best one in all three listed aspects, vram cooling, and clock speeds.
The difference will be around 1-3 fps with the other one, and the temperatures + acoustics will be better.

There is a very small difference in performance - very small. That comes from the clock speeds in Mhz. As for the VRAM, 2GB vs 4GB on a 770 won't make a difference unless you are going to use the card at a VERY high resolution or with a RIDICULOUS amount of anti-aliasing. Fortunately, the 770 (while powerful) is not powerful enough to run very high resolutions or ridiculous amounts of anti-aliasing. Thus, as robijn112 noted, the practical difference might be 1-3 fps if you don't OC the cards at all. But you are free to adjust the clock speeds on both cards, and the amount that either card is adjustable will be the same on both cards.

I ended up choosing the Titan cooler card on my 780 ti even though it might run a few degrees C warmer and perform 1-3 fps slower before overclocking. It just looked nicer in my windowed case, and I like the fact that Nvidia's drivers allow ou to do cool lighting tricks with the green "GEFORCE" logo on the top of the Titan cooler. You can't do that with the ACX cooler on the 4GB card.

Basically, it will come down to looks unless you're going to use SLI for very high resolutions or anti-aliasing. At standard resolutions, just go with whatever you like better, for whatever reason you like it. Any technical differences in performance are pretty much negligible.
