Hi there, I am building my new PC and have got the ASUS 87-K motherboard with I7 4770 CPU, 4x*GB memory. Question, do I still need to put in my MSI GTX580 TWIN FROZR graphics card? Or will it work optimum without it?

i7 have intel hd4600 in it, but GTX 580 is still better performance wise. So you should install it. Generally dedicated card is always better than onboard / on cpu graphic card. With exceptions of big age difference between gpu.

You mean not use any dedicated GPU? In that case, yes, you can leave out your gtx 580 but if you play games I recommend you to put it in.
