cheapest cooler choice

Hi guys, i wanna buy a cooler for my i5-4570 (1150) and this are the opcions:
1- Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO
2- Arctic Cooling Freezer i11
3- Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 PRO Rev.2
4- Thermaltake Contac 16
5- Raijintek Zelos
6- Raijintek Aidos

why its the best option?

The Hyper212 EVO is not a bad cooler, however it is consistently a bang/buck Loser compared to its similar competitors, e.g. from NZXT and Enermax.
The Hyper TX3 may be viable, but again, check out similar competitors. It will always be cheaper to not pay for a name.

lowriderflow, the 212 its a little more expensive and its not going to be my choice because i dont have interest in oc, any way its a little big for my case.
onus, the nzxt and enermax dont are options in my city right now.
but about the six opcions what u two think that is the best
