If you plan to run many PCs all like this one may I suggest another solution? If not the build looks good except the GPU, it is outdated, the RAM has a rather high latency timing and frequency best to get at least a C9 and 1600 MHz freq, I would also change the psu to either a: Corsair, XFX, Antec, Seasonic or another mainstream PSU.

Where are you located and what is your final budget for the build? With this we may be able to provide a better solution to the PC.

The system is good except for the GPU, it will perform badly, but if you only browse and are not gaming it will be perfectly fine.

Are you fully sure that is all you need, just the: CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Video Card and Power Supply?

If that is all you need for sure then I recommend this build:

If you still need: Internal HDD, Cabinet, Operating System etc. Included in your budget then I could move a few things around and still have a powerful system.
