Hello folks!

As listed above:

Got Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 with BIOS F20 (the latest one)

and still unable to change CPU (i7-4720K) Multiplier though the the CPU has opened multiplier?

Whats the clue? Thanks for help!

Hi friend as far as I know some Intel based board don't allow for changing the cpu multiplier aka overclocking similar to H81 H87 Z87 based boards with Z87 boards being truly unlocked multiplier ( Blame Intel ) some boards are locked up regardless if the cpu installed is unlocked or not sorry I'm not much help but this is the best I know mate :)
