Looking for a new GPU

Hi everybody.I am looking for a new graphics card but I cannot figure out which would fit perfectly on my PC.
CPU CPU intel core i3 540 3.07GHz
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2 socket 1156
RAM 3gb ddr3
PSU Raidmax 520 W
Full HD monitor 22''(1920x1080)

Assuming you have a normal full size case, any PCIe x16 card will work. Do you have a budget in mind?

i wouldn't go much beyond a gtx 750 with that old i3.

Anything faster and you'll be bottle necked by the CPU anyway.

Now I know what would fit perfectly on my PC,but again I would ask for your advice.Among Gigabyte GTX 750 ti,Asus Radeon R7 260x and Gigabyte Radeon R7 265,what do you think wolud be the best choice?

W/o links to the cards, it is hard to say. Pick the one with the highest core clock if there is a difference. I have this one in another machine I just built. It has both the core and memory factory overclocked. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487024
