FX 6300 with 760G without BIOS update?

I am doing a part listing for a friend and need to know if this chipset will work for this CPU, we are working on a budget of $600 so I don't think we can fit a board that is higher then $60 on here, excluding a mobo here is the part listing so far.

while the specs seem to fit what we are looking for, there a lot of DOAs under the reviews, while im aware that it is normal to see that sort of thing in reviews for almost everything, how common they show up is a bit alarming.
Its just since this is for a friend I need something that is a bit more reputable then that.

EDIT: the guy im doing this for told me I can up the price a bit, so I guess now im looking between $80-$100

it does not have to be a reg ATX mobo either, since he is only using a single GPU and a wireless card all he needs is 1 PCIe and 1 PCIe 2.0 or 3.0 ports

EDIT 2: Actually, since he told me I could up the price a bit I found one that has decent reviews and has everything we are looking for, thank you anyways.

this is similar, but with 8gb ram, 1tb hdd, and better overall parts. now, since he upped his budget a little, add this in for only $30 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2 it is way cooler and quieter than the stock fan.

Thats funny, as you were posting that I was editing my last post to say I found a mobo that would work, but this one works too, plus with the price being so close to my listing(by like $5) and better parts, your part listing is better overall, thank you sir.
