What do you need it to do?

If its just for gaming then some elements are overkill

Will you be overclocking this build at any point?

What ever your using it for I would cut back on memory to get a z87 motherboard. the Asus z87m is on amazon for less that $130

Im acually building for a friend. Plans on gaming, pro editing, photo shopping, web design and something that will last. He said he would want 32 GB of ram which I thought was kinda overkill but whatever he's paying for it!!!

if your not overclocking, you can get the Intel Xeon E3-1220 V3. Its quadcore and has hyperthreading for the price of a i5.
