Acer Revo RL70 Nettop PC, AMD E450 1.65GHz, 2GB RAM, 320GB HDD, NOOPT, AMD HD6320, Wifi, HDMI, Linux
I bought a Linux Revo 70 quite a while ago for my mum to use the internet, she only uses Windows, so I tried to install XP at the time, but had some issues for some reason (It wasn't happy installing from SD card or something) I just happened to have a copy of Vista laying around with a valid serial so I installed that and it works....but it can be painfully slow, so I am going to try again, I know with XP I can remove all the bloat etc which is nice, but MS are stopping updates, I also heard windows 8 is more optimised for nettops, but I don't really know, so which OS will run fastest, XP, 7 or 8?
