How do i disable my password?

Every time i power on my computer, and then click to unlock it, it prompts me to enter my pw for my email. It is an extremely lengthy pw and i would like to disable it. I just want to be able to log on without any password protection. (windows 8)

Or use the PIN option, then its 4 digits.
Swipe right side of the screen to get the charms menu.
Go to settings -> change PC settings -> accounts -> sign-in options. then click PIN (Add). Then you should be able to login using your 4 digit pin.
