Sorry I did not mean to pick as best solution. I have a Cyberpowerpc Gua880 and a 600 watt corsair builder series PSU. I replaced it to have more watts and use my gtx770 on it. I put in the old PSU to see if it worked and it did.

How much wattage does the old PSU have?

Does the PC react at all when you start up the PC with the new PSU (do the fans spin for a sec)?

Nope. I just tested the new PSU with a paper clip and the fan came on the PSU. I think it's the 24 pin but IDK
