Computer Hard Crashing (No BSOD)

My computer has recently started crashing randomly. I haven't been gaming at all, so it's not even under heavy load. I have run disk checks and memory checks, and they have both come back fine. Nothing shows up in Windows event logs. There's no BSOD, just a hard freeze where I have to power the machine off and back on.

I installed HWMonitor, and the temperature ranges seem to be well within spec, so I don't think that's it. I'm starting to wonder if it might be my power supply, but I'm not sure how I would know. Can someone look at the HWMonitor readout and let me know if the voltage or current values look out of whack? Everything is at stock settings with no overclocking, so if anything looks wonky, it is most likely due to the PSU. I just don't know what normal values are to know if they are bad. Here's a screenshot from HWMonitor: http://i.imgur.com/nroSXXg.png

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Download OCCT run test for PSU, Linkpack, GPU and Processor. Watch temperatures Processors max thresh hold is 67.9°C, GPU done let go above 85°C! If processor go above 75 to 80 its would be the couse of your crashing if no, contact me i will try to assist you!

Good luck

As I mentioned above, the computer is crashing even when not under heavy load and temperatures are within normal ranges. It's not a heat thing.
