No video signal, no beeps, yet everything else (as far as I can tell) works.

Just finished a new computer build. Everything powers on. As far as I can tell everything works, and yet I get no video signal when plugged into a monitor. I have a speaker installed and get no beeps.

All fans and components power on as far as I can tell. This includes CPU, GPU, PSU, Optical Drive, and front panel Power LED.
I've reseated and re installed my RAM three times. (making sure to clean it each time) I've re-installed my CPU twice, sleaning it and applying fresh thermal paste twice. (no, none of my pins are bent. Yes the power pin is connected)
MY GPU has it's power pin connected and the fan powers on.

I got beeps from my speaker when I uninstalled the ram and booted the computer. I get no beeps with the ram installed, meaning that things are installed correctly. (I think. again, new at this whole thing)

What CPU? If it is an Intel, it should have a integrated GPU. Some AMD may or may not. Take out the GPU and boot up, then see what happens. It looks like a bad GPU, but there should've been beeps. Perhaps it is the monitor or the video cord?

Sorry, this was on my way to bed when I made that post.

Specs:
AMD FX 6300 Processor
XFX Radeon R7 260x Graphics Card
Corsair CX600M Modular PSU
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P Mobo
Kingston HyperX Blu 8 gb (2x4gb) 1333 Ram

I removed my graphics card and received 1 long and 3/4 short beeps. Reinserted the card and received no beeps. No change.

This being my first build I don't have any spare RAM cards just sitting around to use...

Try troubleshooting by installing only one memory module. If it works then swap it out for the other memory module. This is to determine if one of the memory modules is defective and which one it is.

Re-seated and swapped out both sticks. No effect.
Removed both sticks, received beeping from the computer then re-inserted both sticks. Received no beeping once both sticks were re-installed.

Just a little side note. I've tried using both VGA (which I use an adapter for to convert it to DVI) and I've tried using another monitor with HDMI. I get no response from either.

Most of the time you'll get one beep when things are correctly installed and the pc works fine. When no beeps with ram installed i suspect the ram isnt good or compatible with the motherboard.
What kind of beeps=how many and order do you get with no ram installed?

Did you try all slots for the ram per module?
