I Recently Found Out It Was My Cpu That Was Bottleknecking my video card my cpu is at 3.75 GHZ and i have a amd radeon hd 7770 it is causing my frames in games to drop horribly things can go from 60+ to 15- quickly can someone help me FIX this? it just started about 2 weeks ago.

Solution
OK I suggest you keep playing like this till you do have the lag so you can see what else is using the CPU. Also please watch the temps of the CPU because if they get to high the CPU can throttle causing the CPU to drop the CPU frequency.

When I Draw The Perfoverlay Chart in Battlefield 3 i always get my cpu spiking above my gpu in the low fps parts which is usally bottleknecking and im mostly having trouble with the battlefield 3 and 4 and sometimes skyrim althought i dont like skyrim it is the only game that is pretty reliable right now minecraft has trouble too ); borderlands 2 likes to drop frames also fallout 3 and New Vegas Are Fine Super Hexagon Is Fine Arma 2 SOMETIMES will drop alot of frames havnt played dead space since this problem started

Please use punctuation next time as trying to read this is very difficult, Thanks.

What settings are you trying to run these games on? Are you running any other programs in the background? Have you tried to lower the settings in games to see if this helps? Make sure there are no other programs running and then try to play games and see if it helps.
It is common for the CPU to spike over the GPU as some of these games you have mentioned are CPU bound games. If you have a CPU bottleneck it will show as CPU usage of 100% and GPU usage around 50% or so.

Lol sorry i tend to get in a hurry and get off track sometimes

*Skyrim i used To Run On Ultra But Due To Some Graphic Improving Mods I Now Run On High
* Fallout 3 Ultra <- Fine
* Fallout Nv Ultra <- Fine
* Minecraft <- Fancy Render 16 Max Frames is set To Unlimited
* Arma 2 Medium
* Super Hexagon Default
* Bf3 Doesnt Matter Will Go From 100+ on Low To 2-5 on Low
* Bf4 Same as bf3

Minecraft and Arma are CPU bound games so even going to a better GPU wont help those But what concerns me is the BF performance. Please try to turn off all other programs and see if this helps. If it still happens then play the games in windowed mode and have performance monitor up so you can see what other programs are using the CPU performance other than just the game. This is best done when looking as the lag spike is happening.

Have you entered the Bios recently? also haveyou tried to do a restore to an earlier point before this happened?

Okay I Have Tried Same Results I, I Noticed Whenever The Bulding Would Fall The Cpu Would spike Up to 98% usage But Task Manager only showed battlefield using 68% and i would have 15 frames.

when buildings fall it is a physics action. This is taken care of by the CPU. When buildings fall you need to expect a drop in FPS. 15FPS is to low. Now you have tried to lower the settings in these games? You need to open resource manager not task manager. There may be a little lag between what you see and what the resource manager displays. Resource manager will display programs that are using the CPU so please try this again using resouce monitor.

The Top 3 Things using my cpu (in order) are 1. Battlefield 3 (43) 2.System Settings (17) and Firefox (0) This time when the building fell battlefield ran up to 70 and no frames were lost it seems to be a time thing
