Need advice on streaming computer build

I haven't built a computer before and I'm not sure what parts to order. I'm a complete beginner at this. My current computer is a custom build I bought from a friend years ago but lacks the power needed to livestream console and/or PC games. I don't use the PC for gaming just for live streaming. I want to build one at a decent price so AMD is the most likely option. I will probably but the AMD 8350 as the processor. Obviously I don't need a computer case as I already own that but will need to know the internal parts needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is what I have so far. How do these parts look? Also the parts I left out are the ones I have questions about. I don't know a good brand for a hard drive, cooler, and power supply. I think I have everything else covered? Any suggestions would help with anything I've missed.
