please i want to know how i can download ethernet controller, network controller, pci simple communications controller,SM bus

I am unable to connect to a network using my laptop. The Brand for the laptop is Toshiba satellite pro and I am using a windows 7

Hello, can you send me the exact model of your laptop, you know Toshiba Satellite Pro has many models. You can check it at the back of your laptop.

For the SMBus, I assume that you have an ATI Graphics Card, that sometimes does not update when you install the driver for the Graphic, I sense you'll need to manually update that. To help you more, I suggest you do the following.

1. Provide the exact and complete model of your laptop
2. Provide Hardware IDs of the ethernet controller, network controller, pci simple communications controller and SM bus controller
- Open Device Manager
- Expand 'Other Devices' Category
- Right click 'ethernet controller, network controller, pci simple communications controller and SM bus controller', on popup menu select Properties
- On popup window, click the Details Tab
- On Details Tab, click the dropdown box, select Hardware ID and provide a screenshot.
