Good aftermarket cpu cooler for amd fx-4130.

I'm looking for a nice quiet cpu cooler for my 4130 because stock one sometimes sounds like a jet at load. Often many say to get something like Hyper 212 EVO but it looks like an ugly brick. I want to look into my case and see it looking decent, something like the V8 GTS would be nice but i don't want to spend more than $50 or $75 if there is a really good one. I have a Zalman z9 witch seems to be a fairly large case so i don't think i will have problems there. If you have any recommendations please tell me, thank you.

EDIT: Can be closed loop if it fits in the price range.

Honestly that cooler look worse than the EVO in my opinion haha, with my PC its secondary purpose is my senior project, so to make it look nice I got a Corsair link capable cooler and changed to to blue. Its not the smartest investment but it looks nice.

This Enermax ETS-T40-BK Black or the ZALMAN CNPS10X Extreme are something close to what im looking for. Question is if id benefit from two fans more than i would from one?
