Is 1gb graphics cards good for gaming on medium-high?

I am considering in getting either the gtx 750sc with 1gb ,
Or the gtx750ti with 2gb.
The ti costs more obviously, but is there really a difference in fps?
Because if not, I'll just get the sc.
