PC turning itself off, even while in BIOS settings.

Hello there,
Im finding some sort of issue here, thats my configs:
ga970a-ds3p
fx-6300
memmory corsair 4gb
Antec NEO ECO 400C 400W
gtx 550ti Gigabyte

My computer randomly turns itself off, even while in BIOS. Why is this, checked some temps for a while, tried to remove all parts and reassemble. Any other tips? Any one? plss. Cant use my PC :/

    It's possible that your PSU is dying on you, consider buying a slightly higher quality PSU so it will last you longer.

    But my consumption considered is around 310W, and the PSU can deliver that easly. But how can I test the PSU? any way?
  3. Cheap PSUs degrade in performance much faster than higher-quality PSUs. For you to buy a PSU testing tool would be less economical than for you to just buy a new one.
  4. Antec Neo Eco's are by no means low-quality, so it's likely you just got a defective unit. Stop trying to use your computer as you may end up damaging components (if you haven't already) by having them trying to feed off a faulty power supply. Replace the unit ASAP.

    You think it is the PSU that is making my PC turn off? Even at the BIOS would it turn off?
