Just got parts for a mostly new build.
fx8320
gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P AM3+
radeon hd 7950 (used in last build)
hdd (used in last build)
ssd (used in last build)
cdrw (used in last build)
corsair cx600

Not sure exactly what the problem is. Fans power on. GPU powers on. HDD and SSD power on. Optic drive has power, although when I open it, it pops out and immediately closes. CPU fan powers on. Peripherals do not turn on (keyboard, mouse). Screen does not turn on, completely black.
Any help is appreciated.
