They were working perfectly fine for a while but have now stopped working. They'll charge my devices, but not actually pick them up. I don't know how to try to fix them.

Solution
Then my guess is the cable that runs from the front USB ports to the motherboard. Try reseating the cable in the motherboard (with the computer off of course) and see if that works. If it doesn't chances are either the cable is bad or the front USB controller is bad on the motherboard. My first guess is the cable.
Are you using a cable for these devices? If so, are you using the same cable? If so, it's possible that one of the data lines is bad, but the power lines are fine. This would explain the behavior you describe. If all my assumptions are correct, try using a different cable.

No. My cable works perfectly fine because it works on the back usb ports as well as my laptop. My problem also isn't specifically with cables, but other usb devices as well. I've tried to use my wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse, and the cable none of which work on the front ports.
