Alright so i decided to build a new comp and im looking at buying a AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 Eight-Core 4GHz AM3+ Processor - AM3+, Eight-Core, 4GHz, 16MB for 189.99$ brand new. My next concern would be what type of mother board should i use with this type of processor or if maybe even i should take a different rout in speed. Any feed back is appreciated :)

Yes, it will surely enough to cool your CPU. AMD Cards are hotter so buying an air cooler to it can extend its lifetime instead installing the stock heatsink that provided. The Cooler Master 212 Evo has only one fan included it has bracket included so if you decided to overclock your CPU or cool it more just add another fan to it :)

Good building site for computer parts thanks for feed back. That will be extremely helpful for my tower mother board ect. Still not knowledgeable when it comes to building one though lol.... picking the right mother board is essential. I was thinking about going with the ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD motherboard to go along with my processor. My big concern would be the over heating. Suggestions?

Get Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo its so affordable for its performance highly recommended, its air cooler so don't have to worry anytime instead of buying a water cooler, if you have some questions just reply but if you find this helpful don't leave a best answer :)

it really depends on what kind of cooling you're going for. Virtually silent would be something along the lines of an h60 (I think it's around $55 on amazon atm), 212 is good for overclocking slightly and relatively silent. I personally vouch for the Arctic Series of coolers for being very efficient. You could possibly even get an 8320 and overclock to similar levels.
