To start off i have an Angelica Motherboard that came with a HPE Phoenix.
Along with an R9 270x and an fx8120 with stock cooler.
Ive gotten into light overclocking and the road stopped at the cpu. I used AMD's overclocking software to OC it. However i experience stuttering. Is it that my motherboard doesnt suport it? Bottleneck? Or is heat building up? Although the cpu stays around low 40s up to high 50s when gaming.

Solution
Is it still 'stuttering' without overclocks?

Can you download and run HWInfo - Sensors and post the results so I can see settings? eg power supply voltages, fan rpm, cpu and gpu voltages and temps, etc
