I finished building the computer, but i realized i didnt put the standoffs, the mobo im using is an asus m5a97 r2 and the graphic card is an asus GTX 760 2Gb, the problem is when i connected it to the monitor, it said that no hdmi detected. Also, the motherboard has an 8-pin connector and my PSU has an 4 pin connection. How could i solve this? also, the red led turns on when i turn on the computer.
I installed my motherboard witouth standoffs, can that represent a big issue?

Ehm, the chasis has its own standoffs, dumb me... i took it out as soon as i posted this, and realized the case has its.. "standard" standoffs, the case is the corsair 500r carbide thanks

Great you discovered that, but make sure there are not any EXTRA standoffs as they can touch the board and short things out.
