Help with display settings please

Help! bottom of my screen went missing suddenly. i have my taskbar set on the right side but i can't see the time and date or anything below that(but the things are there, just hidden from sight). in websites its the same thing, i can't reach the bottom of pages. i tried everything that i could find on the web..tweeking the display settings and restart explorer.exe but nothing worked. any different ideas ? the computer is a dell inspiron mini running windows 7 . Hope i coud get some help. Thank you !

Thanks for the reply man, but it didn't solve :/ i knew all those steps..no matter what i do, the things that should be on the bottom of the screen do not appear..its like the display was dragged down but the icons look the same size....It happens with all programs not just the taskbar..but for expample if i go down with the arrow and click where the clock is supposed to be, i can see the top of it...
