hello guys..my system specs are:-

i7 3770,
12gb ram,
single zotac gtx 770 amp,
600watts psu..

recently i faced this issue that after keeping system idle for about 2mins my gpu starts to take up a load that seems like a game is running.. the temp goes up from 38 to 73C and even the processor load and gpu load go up exponentially.. its like when any input devices(joystick not included) are idle this happens..if i am playing a game with a joystick and my keyboard and mouse r idle same thing happens and when i does my game fps drops down from 40 or 50 directly to 4fps..and if i am running a movie of sumthin and my keyboard mouse are idle this does not happen.. there might me more things to this but this is all i know for now..what the hell is this??..please help!!

Solution
Sounds like a bit/lite/dogecoin mining virus,i had the exact same thing happen to me a month or two ago.

In the task manager it showed up as msdn.exe

Better look for it or something similar!

Do you actually hear your system cranking up fans an outputting heat or are you just basing this off of the monitoring utility that you are looking at? Sounds like a driver issue if you ask me. If so driver might be telling the components to ramp up their speed when its not needed. Therefore leading you to high temps an high fan speed when actually system is not in use.

yes i can actually hear the fan speeding up.. with msi afterburner and zotac firestorm i can see the load goin up to 100 and temp slowly rising.. and when i move the mouse the load goes from 100% to 0%

i have analyzed the issue and frankly found it to be really weird actually.. when my system does not take any input from my keyboard or mouse.. irrespective of any game or app running ..if its idle..after 2mins exactly the cpu and gpu load goes to 100% suddenly and when i move my mouse or press a button the load goes down to zero and the funny thing is if i keep the taskmanager on this issue does not take place where as if i switch it off.. there we go again full load after 2mins exactly provided i dont move the mouse or use my keyboard..
