True, NVidia has some cool bonuses, however BF4 is optimised for Radeon. I can't suggest full build instantly but here are some recomendations:
CPU: I5-4670K - mainstream and reliable cpu which will run most games just fine, alternatively you can get Xeon E3-1230 v3 which is a bit more expensive but has hyper threading which is important for "next gen" games as they will be optimised for 8 cores. If both of those CPUs are too expensive then look here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,review-32901.html however keep in mid that if you get cheaper CPU than suggested by me you may have to get GTX 770 insted of GTX 760 to maintain good frame rate
Case: Bitfenix Prodigy or Shinobi are probably the best Mini ITX cases...

Some say that GTX 760 is enough, I've seen some videos on youtube with people getting decent frame rate in BF4 on ultra. Alternatively you can get GTX 770 which is faster but more expensive. However both of the have only 2GB of VRam, while for most games this is just enough, BF4 is VRam hungry and having only 2GB may cause crashes if playing on high resolution, personally I think that best GPU for BF4 is Radeon R9 280X as it has 3GB of VRam, costs between GTX 760 and GTX 770 and gives even better frame rate than GTX 770. So in conclusion R9 280X is best for BF4 (and it's cheap) but if for whatever reason you really can only get NVidia card then go for GTX 760, but remember that game may crash sometimes.

Code:
[code="actionscript3"]
[/code]The reason im going with Nvidia is because I love their features such as G-Sync and Shadowplay, also can you suggest a whole build?

Case: Bitfenix Prodigy or Shinobi are probably the best Mini ITX cases, a bit pricey though, look at CoolerMaster for cheaper alternatives.
PSU: Chieftec, SilentiumPC, XFX or Corsair (cheaper series only such as VS) are cheap PSUs that won't burn your PC
HDD: Seagate are cheap and good, 1 or 2TB should be enough
RAM: 2x4GB from Crucial, GoodRaM or Kingston, get about 1600mhz, don't get single 8GB RAM and avoid RAM from Patriot
GPU: GTX 770/760 MSI (Gaming series), Gigabyte and Asus make good cards and won't break the bank, however if you want to go even cheaper get Zotac or Palit model.
MoBo: Asus, MSI, ASrock and Gigabyte make good boards, unfortunately I'm not a MoBo expert so I cant give you a specific model.
