My friend have a dell pc, intel duo core 2 2.92 ghz, 1.92gb ram, intel g33/g31 express chipset family 1gb graphic memory. When i go to gta 4 graphic setting, it set 1024x784 resolution, texture and everything is high. I see the memory is 784mb/964mb. When i start the game, i only see the screen like lost signal and i see the game a little bit, even i set graphic to low does not fix the problem

The Intel integrated graphics chip is not powerful enough for GTA IV.
Needs minimum NVIDIA 7900+ or ATI X1900+
