hello,
i want to ask that which is the best 2gb graphic card for my dual core e5300 2.6ghz with 6gb ram . i want to buy gtx 760 can i play battlefield 4 on normal settings..?

Solution
.Obviously you can use the GTX 760 and you will get better performance than integrated graphics or an older GPU if that is what you have.... Honestly if you plan on upgrading and getting a new CPU/MB/RAM/ and possibly PSU then by all means get one. what I mean is you can enjoy a graphics cards such as the GTX 760 on your system but you would be better to use it on a newer platform with a quad core CPU. The Pentium E5300 is simply not powerful enough to let the GTX 760 reach it potential.

Hi,
GTX 760 could play BF4 on 1080p but your cpu is a huge bottleneck for the gpu and cant keep up with it and it will result in low fps, if you are willing to buy 760 you should upgrade your cpu too if you want decent fps on best graphics.

Games such as BF3 and BF4 are CPU bound. Even in Battlefield 3 there is known graphical issues when using only 2 cores. To play CPU bound games 4 or more cores is needed now. If you were getting a new Intel Build then the i5 3570K/ i5 4670k are price around $220-$250 and a good MB with Z77/Z87 Chipset are around $150.... Note: Battlefield 4 is AMD optimized. so and FX 4300 and up will work just fine and the FX 6350 is often priced at around $130. So if you do not want or need an Intel CPU than you can save quite a bit of cash by going with an AMD CPU/MB. There is quite a few Youtube videos about Price oriented Gaming PC made just for BF4 and many of them have a FX 6300 CPU.

if you're on an extreme budget and your mobo allows it, you could get a q6600 cpu core 2 quad, hd 7750 gpu, and ram, have at LEAST 4gb of ram. I know many will snidely look down upon the above mentioned setup, but you could do much worse than that lol.

I've seen videos of people playing BF4 and BF3 on an hd7750 on low settings (even on ultra on 720p) and it played pretty good.

Note, an i5 4670k,z87 motherboard,8gb ram, gtx 760 is optimal, but not everybody has that kind of money. You could even go APU on an extreme budget but that's not ideal either. What's your budget? You could go with something like an fx6300 based build and still be pretty good paired with an r9 270

The i3 4130 is a pretty Fast CPU and no doubt can keep up with Mid range GPUs. Maybe even some $300-400 graphics cards.. I don't think that your dual core applies to the OPs worries.

You Can Pair A GT 640 Or 650ti With Your Dual Core But I Will Recommend You To Upgrade To New PC -
Sell Your Current PC And Build This
AMD FX 6300
GTX 760
8 GB G.Skill
1 TB HDD
ANY AM3+ Motherboard

I Would Have Recommended You Intel But That's Too Expensive
