The GTX 660 is the much faster and better card, if power consumption is the main thing, the GTX 750Ti then, is the most power efficient card to date, offering great performance, thanks to it's new maxwell architecture.

the gtx 660 is slightly faster also with extra vram for higher resolution. for gaming mainly the gtx 660 is better. for lower power the gtx 750ti is good but less performance. hope this helps.

exactly, good call.
That relative comparison isn't the best to use, as you don't know what was testes, nor the resolution, which it states multiple, which who knows if both cards were tested at the same resolution for the same game.

500W, decent quality will do if you already have a PSU.
Get a corsair CX 500 if you need to upgrade, that'll do a great job for a really good price, also has three years warranty.

GTX 660 will do well, but not ultra and high on some games, modern day games medium at 1080p, with decent FPS.
