Please see my sign an say can I play any modern game without lag. I am having lags in every new games but graphics are pushing at Ultra. Is it GPU problem or CPU or motherboard?

Solution
There's simply no way you can max games on a Core2Duo. The GTX 750 Ti is fine for the most part, but it won't max out every modern game.

The biggest bottleneck is that Core2Duo, which is, at best, the bare minimum for modern games. You could step up to a Core2Quad, but this offers roughly the same amount of power as a modern dual-core CPU.

If you really want to max the graphics on every modern game, which is a near impossible task anyway due to bad PC optimisation in certain games, you need to change the CPU, motherboard and upgrade the RAM to 8GB. Beyond that, you may also need to change the GPU and the PSU.

As it stands now, your rig is good for medium settings at best.

the core duo could bottleneck your GPU, more of a laptop CPU then a gaming tower. most i5 quad cores run at average 70%+ when playing modern games.
would suggest an i5 4570 (if you're not going to overclock)
or i5 4670k if you will OC.
but then you will have to change your mobo, since it's a LGA775 chipset
hmm
the best compatible cpu for the mobo would be the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 look it up see what you think

I would say - 750 ti is unable to do everything at ultra.
If you want full antialiasing and stuff on games like crysis3, you need a 780ti to get 60+ frames. Antialiasing is a frame killer. You probably can play any modern game without lag, but not on ultra.
