I just wanted to know what would be the best air cooler for my cpu. I have a stock cooler at the moment which at idle is 40c and at 100% load stays around 55c-58c which i know is good for a stock cooler but i would like to keep the temps bellow 50c if i can. So i would just like to know what is the best air cooler without having to spend a ton of money.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. And you can get a second fan for push/pull and the temps will be a few degrees cooler.

It's a great fit cost / performance wise for the 4.4-4.5 GHz range on this CPU.
Adding a 2nd fan will make almost no difference on it though. Try it with one first and see if you hit your temp target.
