So here is my list of settings, hope someone can give me more insight:

Edit: More details running WoW ultra settings, while recording I maintain 100-110 fps. I have a 60hz screen. Have a look and please let me know where it is going wrong.

I am recording on different barely used HDD using shadowplay (as shown 60FPS using H264 I think 50 bit rate):

The video details as they appear saved on HDD before being imported to Sony Vegas:

After being imported to Sony Vegas some of project properties (custom settings for 60 fps as I heard its good to match project setting to imported video setting:

Finally the render settings I used, random advice from google search:

Here is a quick rendered upload with new upgrades, seems much better but still subpar to other videos I have seen online:

So how should I go about fixing the quality, need it crispy clear for the content I intend to create.

PS: Sorry about format, not used to these forums & not quite sure how to have a spoiler box which opens for images [spoiler.] [/.spoiler]

Solution
From a gaming forum people suggested rendering at 30 FPS, and having project setting at 30fps even though the video is at 60fps. Also to render using CPU only.

Choose "None" for both "Motion Blur" and "Deinterlace Method". Motion blurring is used for videos with very low frame rate (below 30), Gaussian blur is useful where the video is very low res and pixelated. Deinterlacing is required if you're encoding interlaced videos, like 720i/1080i, or you're capturing old non-HD NTSC/PAL TV output.

Edit: Also, ALWAYS use "Adaptive" Vertical Sync and "Triple Buffering" on the game when you are capturing it's video. These are the last two options at the bottom of the game profile in the Nvidia control panel.
