Here is my rig, mostly for video editing:

i7 2600K
P8Z68V PRO/GEN3
4x Corsair Vengeance 4GB
Asus Geforce GTX 480
Asus Xonar Essence ST 24-bit 192KHz PCI Interface Audio Card
PC&C Silencer 910W

2x (RAID0) SSD Plextor PX 128 M5P (SATA6G1/2 GRAY)
2x HDD WD2002FAEX Caviar Black 2TB (SATA3Gx BLUE)
1x HDD ST4000NM0033 Constellation ES.3 4TB (SATA3Gx BLUE)
1x HDD Samsung HD753LJ 750GB (SATA3Gx BLUE)

I just bought 2x Samsung 840 Pro and I would like to clone my boot drive, that is 2x SSD RAID0 plugged in SATA6 (gray), since I am in no time to reinstall Win + apps. New 840 Pro's will be my boot drive.

I am considering removing all 4x intel sata3 drives, setting up the sata3 slots from AHCL to RAID0, plug the 840's in the sata3 slots, then cloning the boot drive from existing RAID to the new one and replacing the old boot SSD's for the new ones.

My question is: won't win7 struggle with that switch of SATA3's from AHCL to RAID, and back to AHCL??
