p8p67 won't reconise blue ports

I'm trying to plug in my hdd's in the blue ports on my p8p67 and it doesn't seem to recognizes them it recognizes the dark blue and white ones but not those light blue ones so I'm not to sure what to do.

i have 3 hdd's and 1 ssd the ssd works in the 4 ports white and dark blue but when i plug the hdd's in only one works not sure why

All these boards were screwed from day one. I'm having the same issue myself. Good luck getting a replacement :/
