Hi guys, i need an advice and opinion for my first build. I accept any suggestions for my build. Here is the list of the components:

Case: Fractal design define R4
CPU: Intel I7 4770
Memory: 16 GB Kingston Hyper X
GPU: Asus OC GTX760 2GB
Mobo: Asus H87-Pro
SSD samsung evo 840 sata 3 250 G
HDD: WD green 1TB
PSU: corsair cs750M
Optical drive: Asus dvd writter
Keyboard: corsair k70
Mice: Naga hex red
OS: windows 8

I choose 4770 non k because this is my 1st time build a pc, and i don't know how to over clock and whether it is worth it or not. I will using this computer mainly for playing games and for photoshop ( I'm a beginner btw). Lower the price with same performance (or higher performance maybe haha) is better!! Please give me suggestions for the components that i choose. Thank you very much

I would switch out the i7 for an i5. For most things, you won't notice a difference.
Select a better PSU. You'll only need 500W-550W for your rig, but the cheap Corsair is built by CWT (not Seasonic) using some inferior Samxon capacitors. They can't take heat and are known for early failure. Get a PSU made by Seasonic, such as their own or XFX.
Photoshop may be able to use it, but you probably don't need 16GB of RAM; cutting back to 8GB (2x4GB) will save a nice chunk of change.

should i pick i5 4670 k or non k? Can you give me the link for good psu?i don't have any idea about PSU. How about the mobo, should i change the mono to the z87 series?
thank a lot for your suggestion man

The price difference may be small. If that is the case, the "K" version will give you the option of overclocking, if you ever want it. I suspect it is worthwhile. In that case, you would want a Z87 board. I'd also recommend an aftermarket cooler, but if you won't OC initially, it's not a requirement. I usually recommend a 120mm tower-style cooler OTHER THAN the frequently-parroted Hyper212 EVO. It's not that the CM is a bad cooler (it isn't), but compared to its similar competitors from NZXT and Enermax (and formerly Xigmatek until a price jack) it is a bang/buck Loser since you're paying for a name.

Edit: PSU links...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371071 is a Seasonic-built 80+ Gold Antec for $80;
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013 is a Seasonic-built 80+ Bronze XFX (one site shows it is also Gold) for $70; there might be a $10 MIR on it too.
