I5 4670k + gtx 760 vs 8320 + r9 280x

I was making a build with i5 4670k and r9 280x but I don't have enough money.
I will be playing SC2, Rome total war and the big boy bf4 that comes with the sapphire edition

For SC2 and Rome you'll probably be wanting the intel build for its stonger CPU. However, for games that aren't as demanding on the CPU the 280x will outperform the 760, since most games are reliant on the GPU more-so than the CPU.
