Ok so i have spent at least a year thinking about it and when the new consoles came out and all my friends were dividing in between XBOX 1 and PS4 I knew it was my time to make my move. I started researching and after a few months was ready to make the purchase.
Tonight i have my last night of playing Battlefield 4 on my XBOX 360 with what little friends i have left and it is unavoidably sad. I have played with some of my boys for years but as everyone ran their separate ways on the heels of promises of 60 fps and "next generation graphics" I decided it was time.
My build, and its estimated performance compared to the 360, is like comparing a child throwing a poorly designed paper airplane against a jet fighter. I am assembling this build tomorrow and have no idea what to expect but i`m under the impression that its going to be pretty sick.
*What games do you astute gentlemen suggest i get? I know i`m already going to get BF4 as ive never played a BF game that was not on the console (sad i know) and I`ve been doing nothing but playing that game since it came out. I have played FPS games almost exclusively since HALO but i`m ready to branch out so i will take suggestions from any genre except WOW or any of those character progressing, never ending MMO`s. Also as a side question, and this ones kinda silly, where can i make friends... aside from thee old fashioned way.
Thanks for any responses boys and i will see you on thee other side very shortly =)

Best place to make friends in games are MMO's... I know its not what you want to hear lol... Other option is game forums, bit harder that way though. As for games, I've been having a lot of fun in counter-strike global offense, its a well made FPS game with a ranking system and its only like $15 on steam.

I was looking at counter strike and being that ive never played on pc before (spider solitaire) it flat out just looks difficult, but i will look into it. I was thinking something more alon the lines of like Dayz or something crazy like that even tho that seems incredibly difficult as well hence me looking for friends. That sucks about finding people to game with but im sure it will all work out. ill advertise for friends on battlelog or something.
