Windows failed to connect to service on startup, seemed to have narrowed it down to Realtek driver or audio manager, have installed about 12 different drivers, when uninstalling the realtek driver it windows starts up fine. I also did a fresh windows installation
This is the error message:
Failed to connect to a windows service: Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service service. This problem prevents limited users from logging on to the system. As an administrator user, you can review the System Event Log for details about why the service didn't respond message
Also my aero theme is disabled and logging into windows takes alot longer

here is my computer specs
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130828-1532)
BIOS: BIOS Date: 09/16/13 19:59:46 Ver: 04.06.05
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
I am also using a Billion 800VGT router and the only devices connected to it is my computer and mobile phone

Well that's relevant to your audio problem. Uninstall Realtek audio driver, then install latest one.

You said you installed 12 different drivers, that doesn't sound very satisfactory to me. There is only one correct driver and that's the one from your PC or laptop maker's website. Definitely not from Realtek or anywhere else.

I already did that, I downloaded and installed all that where available on Asus's site, also installed the one's that came with motherboard, download and installed older drivers and even used my old motherboard's driver....
