Hello all!

I have a Logitech G400 and it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting which makes it unusable in games now which I find very annoying. Its only 2 months old, I've heard its something to do with the cable? How can I stop this from happening in the future?

So now that mouse is ****** Im thinking of getting a Corsair Raptor M40 which has a lot of positive reviews... What do you guys think? My budget is 30-40 pounds

So in brief.

Why has my Logitech G400 gone wrong?
How can i stop it happening again?
And what do you think of the Corsair Raptor M40?

Thanks for the help!

Jake

Sounds like insufficient power at the usb port (it's very limited anyway and becomes a problem for devices which are USB-powered when several are plugged in at the same time).

I suggest you try a mains-powered USB hub and plug some of your usb-powered devices in to that.

Try one of those first because if you just decide to buy a new mouse instead, you may find that one has the same problem, then you really will be pi**ed off!

Ive plugged it into the front of my computer and it has the same problem, So i think it is the mouse because Ive had these problems with the same kinds of mice

Ive also got another mouse (basic one) and plugged it into the same slot and it works fine
