I play my games in 800x600 like always but they just run slow now idk why... even on the start up it takes more time showing "Windows XP"

I usually had 30/40 fps now i have 5/10/15 fps depending of the place i am

Solution
I will give it to you step by step.

1.) Re-Install Windows XP
2.) Install SP3 Update
3.) unplug Network Cable and only play CD games
4.) Buy a new computer

Re-installing Windows is a good idea, you also should upgrade your RAM. Overall, that is a fairly old laptop and not good for games.

As above, you want to have SP3 installed, it's a requirement for many programs, especially security ones.

Don't know your local market, but in the US you can get a MUCH faster used laptop for about $150-200 with Windows 7.

The main reason i was saying re-install windows and update to SP3 is because the sudden slowdown is most likely a virus.. a re-install/update to XP will make your computer (figuratively speaking) like new.

XP is no longer safe on the internet which is why i recommend only playing CD games, infact even though i have a massive gaming rig, i also have an XP machine to play my games like age of empires, sam and max, and a plethora of floppy disk games.
