The two use the same panel, difference is the Qnix is practically half the price and can be (and really should be) overclocked, choice is pretty obvious in my opinion. Issues are you'll have to import it which costs about 30 quid (make sure to contact the seller and ask them to mark it as say $200 rather than its actual price to dodge excessive import fees), and that the stand is pretty crappy.
